WE LOVE: FOXES

Foxes aka Louisa Rose Allen is a total fox! As well as that she has us dancing around our shops, studio and homes with her new singles accompanied by some wonderfully styled music videos!

Her catchy new singles Youth and Echo show her range and how a strong voice with a great tune can make for one hell of a good catchy pop song! We're not usually big pop fans at COW but Foxes might have changed us. 

We also have a huge style crush! She can pretty much wear any style and it looks great. We're guessing she doesn't normally run round a sequinned body suit like she does so well in the Youth video, but even your regular vintage tee, leather jacket and high-waisted shorts look like something special on her never mind those uber-cute Mickey Mouse Ears!

We highly recommend if you haven't already heard of Foxes you get straight to her YouTube Channel and listen to every single song and dance around while you do so.

COW X Kayla Hadlington...

We are lucky enough to be working with a few really great Fashion Bloggers from all over the Country and Europe at the moment but we now have one of those said bloggers working with us in our Birmingham store! The lovely, fashionable, outfit post princess Kayla Hadlington is a new member of our team and by the looks of things she is loving her new role, which we may have turned into official COW model for all of the new, exciting pieces that go out onto the shop floor everyday!!

We already followed her Blog and Tumblr and we love to see how much COW Kayla already owned so it is great to see the ways she styles up all of the pieces to suit her own style! Hopefully she is enjoying the role as much as we are enjoying having her!

Inspirational!

There is a lot of people involved in the running of COW Vintage and when we were preparing our S/S13 Campaign Photo shoot we wanted to know what everyone in COW loved and how we could take this and use it as our inspiration.

Here are the mood boards we made up to keep us going and refer to while planning and working on the shoot shared by our staff and friends from all over! We love them and no doubt will be going back to some of them in the future

Big Up Blog Love!

 We have been welcoming fashion bloggers to work with COW to see great outfit builds, not only show their own personal and unique style but also to give to give the rest of us some new tips on how to wear some of our vintage and reworked pieces.

Even our reworked items are still one off and unlike any other because even though we use the same techniques on our garments, we use a different selection of fabrics to old and new pieces to create a modern version of our 80's and 90's classics.

We have a list of great bloggers now who are happy to play dress up with COW Vintage and from the feedback we've had those pieces have slotted very easily into their own wardrobes!
